Join this event and Learn the basics of parkour in a safe and beginner-friendly environment. This workshop is designed to help you improve your balance, strength, movement, and confidence while learning the fundamentals with expert guidance. You'll learn parkour fundamentals, safe landing techniques, basic vaults, balance and coordination, strength and conditioning, and movement flow to help you build confidence. The workshop is open to anyone aged 10 years and above. Beginners are welcome, and no prior experience is required.
